Nepenthes and Amorphophallus Nursery

Hello, and welcome to Captive Exotics online nursery. We are an Australian carnivorous plant nursery specialising in Nepenthes, or tropical pitcher plants and also Amorphophallus. We hope you enjoy browsing through our gallery of photos taken in habitat, both in Borneo and Australia.

We are based in Kuranda, Far North Queensland, Australia. The climate is tropical, with typical monsoonal weather. Our elevation (approximately 600 meters) allows us to grow lowland plants successfully, and with the help of a large evaporative cooler, all but the most extreme of highland plants.

Captive Exotics is managed by Tony Camilleri, a well known a respected carnivorous plant enthusiast for over 20 years. I can assure personal service and honest advise as I want you to grow these plants succesfully. I am an enthusiast, just like you.
